From $45,000 to $75,000 a year.
From $45,000 to $100,000 annually
3 to 6 months (to advance).
From $70,000 to $150,000 annually
6 to 9 months (to advance).
From $100,000 to $250,000 annually
9 to 18 months (to advance).
From $200,000 to $500,000 annually
18 to 24 months (to advance).
